Hi!! from Thailand
I bought my q1 and try re mapping using via but it wont work so i decided to flash my q1 using toolbox and its all go as a plane but when it said it done flashing i cannot exit dfu mode i try press exit dfu mode on toolbox wont work and red light now always show on. and this is what it show on tool box. Really thanks you guys in advance

It’s telling you there is an error opening your firmware. It’s interpreting the foreign characters in your path as ?? ??? ??. Could it be a language support issue? Maybe try putting the firmware somewhere else like on your desktop and flash it from there? Or it could be something wrong with the firmware. Is it too large for the board’s memory?

Agreed, the issue seems to be the file path. QMK Toolbox probably only supports the ASCII character set or something.
