Machine Knob-form – Artisan Resin Knob with Spinning Head
Relic of a forgotten system.

Cast in resin and marked by time, the Machine Knob-form could pass as a leftover interface from some obsolete automaton. The top spins with a muted precision — not flashy, but solid, like it’s always been there.

It’s built like a piece of forgotten tech:

  • Functioning rotating head with a real metal bearing

  • Subtle asymmetries and casting marks give it a centuries-worn look

  • O-shaped universal stem fits most mechanical keyboard switches

  • 26 mm tall, 18 mm base, needs ~5 mm stem clearance

  • Epoxy resin cast

  • MX stem; each cap is fit tested

  • Based on popular character
