Maybe Vala printed shipping labels previously but didn’t have the packing materials (or money to purchase them) until now

Yes, that is indeed their last update for their product updates. I still have not heard back from them in regards to my Kitsune GB order. At this rate, Vala Supply is really a POS and ghosting everyone.

FYI my new tracking number hasn’t moved since the 16th. Still hasn’t been dropped off with the post office

I hate to say it, cause I don’t want to see any of our regulars here get ripped off. However them printing a fresh shipping label when someone can actually get ahold of them to complain reeks of trying to push the purchases off long enough for them to not be eligible for chargebacks from the CC companies. Fingers crossed you guys either get you product or money back!

Oh, I’m sure you’re right - I never even got a reply. 
For me though the purchase was so long ago it’s already too late - Vala has (ostensibly) delayed shipping of the Shark maybe 4 consecutive times up until they went quiet in October.

They tried a similar trick on me a while back. Delay, promise to deliver, delay…When I asked for a refund before the 6 month charge back deadline, they tried to extract a 7% refund fee citing their refund policy. The exploitive nature of their policy is just stunning. I effectively gave them a 6 month interest free loan and they wanted to gouge me for it when I asked for it back. I didn’t fall for it and went to my credit card company.
Vala Supply definitely did not operate in good faith with me.
And with all this going on, their site is still open for business.
It was a good lesson. There are other vendors out there with similar exploitive refund “policies”. Now when I see them, I put them on my no-buy list.
