Saw that. Pretty nifty. I never tried nixies. I’m going to assume a hyperglide with a milky top will feel nothing like a nixie tho… lol

Agreed. It’s tough to top the worn-in smoothness of vintage switches but I’m excited about this nonetheless. If nothing else, it’s exciting to see even Cherry getting in on making more custom switches.

I have that xvx set. They’re very good - nice plastic, not-ugly legends, lots of extra keys for different layouts. Definitely worth the $15 I paid.
I assumed from the pictures that they were sphericals, but they’re actually cylindrical. And they have a surprisingly pronounced sculpt. So I actually like to type on them, unlike xda, dsa, mda, csa etc (which look nice, but send my typing-error rate through the roof).

Is this version come pre-lubed ?
If not this looks quite expensive, considering that you’ll have to replace the spring anyway.
