This ran last month on Keyspensory in the US. Looks neat.
Thanks bud. We didn’t have that shop on our list – we do now though.
I remember when the list had like twenty vendors and I was like whoa! Today it’s impossible to keep up!
Late to this, but no it’s not the same factory or country, ours is manufactured in Taiwan.
Thank you for clarifying.
1upkeyboards has finally updated their hotswap 60% PCB to something better. Not in stock yet, but coming soon.
pi60HSE pics are here! This is the final prototype before heading into production. The first batch of pi60HSE PCBs is likely to be available exclusively as part of our kits at NYCC next month with extras going on sale shortly afterwards. After that we will open preorders for the next batch expected to ship in November.
I can’t say how excited I am to be bringing you guys the successor to the 1up60HSE with this dual layout hotswap PCB powered by the RP2040 chip! This wouldn’t have been possible without @ziptyze 's hard work in developing this PCB. Look forward to support for multiple layouts including 65%, 660, TKL, Full Size, and Alice to name a few.
Looks similar to the Cascade60 hotswap in that it offers both Tsangan and Ansi bottom row. Split or full shift and Backspace as well. You have to rotate some of those switches, but I’ve done it in the Cascade with no issues.
Oh neat, I didn’t realize rp2040 support was added to qmk. Apparently Adafruit even has a pro micro drop in replacement with the rp2040 chip. And the layout support on that new 1up board looks great, split backspace and rshift support with either 6.25 or 7u bottom row, I’ll have to pick one of these up when they open orders for the November shipment.
Kono flash sale on GMK in-stock sets:
Nines for $129
Amethyst for $169
Posh $169, Alpine $149, Storm $159, Rainy Day $149, Retrocast $179, and Deku $159 on sale as well. Sale prices are misleading. I bought Retrocast extras for $189 in July. The sale page states the price was $229, which it wasn’t.
Still a good deal going on though. Anywhere from $10 to $20 off GMK sets. They must be getting a lot of stock coming in soon.
I should note that they do NOT offer free shipping.
The big savings on Retrocast is novelties which were 79 or 99 dollars at various points before. Totally unreasonable.
NovelKeys is running a flash sale for the next three hours on NK Silk Olivia switches(36 switches for $9).
Thx. Ordered some. Hopefully, these won’t be duds like when I bought NK stabs on sale.
Anyone know why these are on sale?
NovelKeys has been doing Friday flash sales for at least the past few weeks (I noticed it in their discord and ordered some Nolive switches on August 12 at $10/36 switches). Every Thursday, they put out a vote in discord on some item (for instance, “switches or merch”) and people vote on it.
Thanks for that clue. I also have some KTT Strawberries on the way. Too much pink in my near future.
There’s some Miday60s in-stock. Whilst I don’t have one, I’ve tried a friend’s, and these are excellent boards.

huh it seems like this Mont Cervin is closely related to the em8, in alexotos’ video of the Mont Cervin it uses a PCB labeled as EM8 at one point…
How about this hotswap pcb? Any thoughts?

Yesterday was sold for 34$
Wow, that’s a lot of sockets! Seems like a good option for lots of layout supports
Where did you see this? I just asked in the discord and it sounds like they are shipping this month, so maybe raffle was last year?
This is really interesting, especially at that price point with free shipping. It says QMK/VIA support, but I’m not seeing it listed on the QMK supported keyboards page…
The fact that it supports both GK64 (with the ZXC row shift) and GH60 style layouts is pretty crazy. Seems like you could do a GK64 layout with arrow keys and still go with a split spacebar?
The only thing I wonder about is the sound. This is anecdotal but I’ve had a really hard time making PCBs with that many flex cuts sound as good (to my ear) as ones with two or fewer. Other than that it has all the layout options that usually steer me towards millmaxing a solder PCB.
