Yah, I have a Brutal v2 65. It’s very high quality and has a good, unique sound and a comfortable feel - firm still but almost to soft, due to the thick bottom gaskets. The gasket thickness on the Altair looks similar. Between Altair-X, Petrichor, and Tmo r3, I will probably find it hard not to jump on whichever comes first. Altair is looking closest.

Love that JTK is getting more HSA sets out there. Actually just reminded me that I intended to pick up the Pink Powder set that Vala has at some point. Wonder if I missed one of those big sales they had.
As for this colorway, I like it, the red is a harsh contrast but I think it could look really good on the right board.

Also reminds me of the “watermelon” sets from 7-8 years ago because of that red on green contrast.

putting it on a Chimaera with the exploded arrow cluster does it no favors. I tend to think that gradient sets like this are seemingly made for 60%. Be curious to see it on a white 60, might not save it but I think I’d like it better than in these pics.

The other base kits of HSA I’ve purchased have included 7u (WoB and Hyperfuse). The picture does seem to make it pretty clear though, that there is only a 6.25u included.

Careful with the Neptune and Posiden switches. Remember I discovered that many of them do not play well with GMK caps.

Lots of new extras of GMK sets as well. Bordeaux, Taiga, NTD, Mercury, Terror. The best thing about NK Extras is that they have real photos. And I’ve found them to be very color accurate in the past. I picked up a set of Taiga. I was really looking forward to Mercury and NTD but the photos confirm what I was afraid of, the base colors just don’t work well with many cases. Might pick up Terror if it goes on sale. Fun and vibrant, but I could live with it if it sells out.

Same! I think HSA may be my (current) favorite profile.
But. The red and green is a little too Christmas-y for my taste. I’d 100% grab that mint color with black/dark green legends.
And that gradient is interesting, but again, I just don’t love asymmetrical gradient sets.

Hey look at that - looks like either NK, Gateron, or both decided to start calling the latest version of the North Pole “3.0” instead of “New __ 2.0” - good idea if you ask me.
TTC “Giant Heart” - hm - so, the Titan Heart, minus any reference to the show Attack on Titan? Wonder if that’s a licensing thing or a translation-of-feel-words thing. I’d recommend some caution with these, too, when it comes to keycap clearance - but I love the way they sound.
