I have been hearing some rumblings recently in my local community, but I am now adding the vendor, LoobedSwitches, to my do not buy list.
The communication around Oak switches has been piss poor. I asked for a refund and I am pretty sure my support ticket is being purposefully ignored.
After nothing for 5 days, I checked the Discord, which is locked. Funny enough they say to go to the Discord for immediate support, but then Discord says create a ticket… got to love the run around. However, I did see a recent announcement that the Oak switches are due to ship in 1-2 weeks. Hence why I think they are trying to ignore me until they can just ship…
Not really sure what I could do here. I charge back doesn’t really seem like it would work either since they have 30 days to reply.
