There won’t be any extras of the frosted polycarbonate, but I am still waiting on one or two stainless and a handful of powder coated aluminum housings back. They’ve been coming “next week” from both vendors for about 16 weeks straight, so maybe soon?

I am going to put in an order for the RealForce R2 from Fuji since they are currently in stock.
Does this mean the polycarbonates are soon to be with us!

The housings are actually done and look great, but the packaging has been fairly delayed, so I think that (alas) we have another 4-6 weeks ahead of us before those can ship.

Man, did i miss the extras?
To harmonize their internal system, Norbauer & Co will add items to the site when a payment needs to be made. I was one of those. The extras haven’t been added yet.
Unfortunately, what few extras I’d planned have been coming in at a trickle, so my plan of a big shipment all at once that I could email my newsletter about hasn’t yet materialized. Just one or two here and there as the powder coating shop has gotten things back to me.
It’s something I’ve definitely been planning on, but the powder shop basically just totally bailed on the project a couple of weeks ago (ever since COVID started, they’ve been going through some very tough times and have really been struggling to keep on top of things). I’m likely going to redirect the unfinished housings to an alternate vendor while the original shop gets back on its feet.

To answer your question, I recommend two strategies 1) cozy up to the fingerprints, which is my approach, and 2) a microfiber cloth—I quite the ones from Chemical Guys.
Did the polycarbonate packaging come in yet? Also, have you finished your move down here to LA?

It did, actually, after much delay! As of end of last week, they were being inspected and put into boxes, so I expect that they’ll all be shipped early this week.

I am getting a RF2 RGB with the Mx sliders. I was looking at some silencing options, can someone explain what would be the difference between unreal gaskets and the Des Topre Silencing Rings?
